  1. Spinach
  2. Kale
  3. Hemp Seeds
  4. Pomegranate
  5. Avacado
  6. Any type of nuts If you wish
  7. Lemon, olive oil and salt
  1. Wash spinach and kale in salad spinner or colander
  2. Mix in hemp seeds, pomegranate, and nuts
  3. Toss with lemon, olive oil, and salt
  4. Add avocado
  5. Enjoy!
