  1. Tomatoes, one container per person. I love Kumato!
  2. Buffalo mozzarella. Or, if you can't find, regular mozzarella
  3. Basil
  4. Olive oil and sea salt
  5. Papardelle pasta
  1. Cut tomatoes in half season with olive oil and sea salt
  2. Roast in over at 350 until they have caramelized. Usually one hour to two hours
  3. Cook the pasta until al dente - still with a bite to it
  4. Drain pasta
  5. Put in a bowl and top with roasted tomatoes
  6. Drizzle really good olive oil and sea salt flakes
  7. Tear the mozzarella and place on top with cuttings of basil
  1. I promise you will make this time and time again!
