Easy Pasta

The best and easiest pasta ever. Will wow any guest!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes, one container per person. I love Kumato!
- Buffalo mozzarella. Or, if you can't find, regular mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil and sea salt
- Papardelle pasta
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes in half season with olive oil and sea salt
- Roast in over at 350 until they have caramelized. Usually one hour to two hours
- Cook the pasta until al dente - still with a bite to it
- Drain pasta
- Put in a bowl and top with roasted tomatoes
- Drizzle really good olive oil and sea salt flakes
- Tear the mozzarella and place on top with cuttings of basil
