Broccoli and Avodaco Salad

  1. 1 head of broccoli
  2. 2 ripe avocados
  3. Fresh cilantro
  4. Dressing
  5. Olive oil
  6. Apple cider vinegar
  7. Honey
  8. Salt flakes ( I love Maldon)
For dressing
  1. Shake all ingredients together.
For salad
  1. Lightly steam the broccoli only about 3 minutes
  2. Place in a bowl and toss with the dressing
  3. Place on a plate with cut up avocado - toss together with more dressing and place cilantro on top.
