Broccoli and Avodaco Salad

My energy salad.
Prep Time

Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 ripe avocados
- Fresh cilantro
- Dressing
- Olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Honey
- Salt flakes ( I love Maldon)
For dressing
- Shake all ingredients together.
For salad
- Lightly steam the broccoli only about 3 minutes
- Place in a bowl and toss with the dressing
- Place on a plate with cut up avocado - toss together with more dressing and place cilantro on top.
