Decadent Avocado Chocolate Mousse
A delicious, satisfying (and healthy!) take on traditional chocolate mousse.

- 2 ripe avocados
- Dates, or raw honey or maple syrup. Please adjust to your own level of sweetness. I usually only use 1 tbsp of raw honey
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
- Hemp seeds optional
- Place all the ingredients in a Vita Mixer™ or blender and blend until really smooth. You may need to add a drizzle of water.
- Place in 4 ramekins and keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
- Lick the spatula as you clean your blender!!
